At Eve Li Fine Jewellery, we use only the finest materials, including 14k gold, 18k gold, platinum, and ethically sourced gemstones. Each piece is meticulously crafted to ensure the highest quality and durability.

How do I determine my ring size?

You can determine your ring size by using our online ring size guide or visiting a local jeweller for an accurate measurement. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

Do you offer custom jewellery design services?

Yes, we offer bespoke jewellery design services. Eve Li can personally work with you to create a unique piece tailored to your specifications. Please contact our sales team to schedule a consultation.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired items and following the checkout process. Alternatively, you can contact our sales team to assist with your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worry-free door-to-door worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact. Please contact our sales team to initiate a return or exchange.

How should I care for my jewellery?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes, all Eve Li Fine Jewellery comes with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Can I have my jewellery repaired or resized?

We offer repair and resizing services for our jewellery. Please contact our customer service team with details of your request, and we will provide you with further instructions.
