5.1 Eve Li Fine Jewellery typically accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact. There are no returns on bespoke / custom made items.

5.3 Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
6.1 Eve Li Fine Jewellery offers a 10-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
