Dawn arrives with the last of the night still in it — a warm glow coming up beneath a sky already turning blue, and one deep red held at the edge of it before the day takes over entirely.

Garnet carries that red. Blue topaz carries the sky, cut as droplets and graded so the colour lightens as it falls.

The drop is articulated throughout: each element jointed to the one above, so the topaz moves independently and the light travels across the stones in a slow shift as the wearer does — the way sunlight behaves on water first thing in the morning.
